Kia India has introduced a Satisfaction Guarantee for Carnival. Under this scheme, dissatisfied customers of this car can return it to the company and in return they will get back up to 95 per cent of the amount. According to Kia's plan, if Kia Carnival customers are dissatisfied with their car, they can return the car within 30 days of purchase. According to the vehicle manufacturer, customers will be able to recover 95% of any overhead cost incurred for registration / finance etc. of the car along with ex-showroom cost of the car. Some conditions are also applicable in this.
Under Kia's scheme, only those vehicles which are not driven more than 1500 km from the date of purchase to the day of return will be taken back. Also be returned for return within 30 days of purchase. Along with this, there should not be any damage or breakage or any insurance claim in the vehicle. In addition, an owner agreement will be mandatory for the transfer of the vehicle, including all documents and fees. The vehicle should be mortgage free and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) has to be submitted by the financier. This scheme will be applicable to all variants of Carnival MPV.
The Kia Carnival is sold in India with three different
seating layouts 7, 8 and 9. This Kia Carnival gets a 2.2-liter diesel engine.
This engine generates 200 PS of power and 440 Nm of torque. An 8-speed
automatic gearbox is available with this engine.
