Ford's first electric pick-up truck to run 480 km in full charge

It is the company's first electric pickup truck.
The company promises that this new electric pick-up truck is not only economical but it is also equipped with connected technology. The company claims that it will get such driving experience that will not be forgotten.
The design of the F-150 Lightning is very similar to its petrol model. But many new features have been given in it. The most special thing about this electric truck is that it has been given 400 liters of boot space. Travelers can keep everything they need.
The F-150 Lightning electric vehicle offers a 12-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12-inch infotainment display. Along with this, the pick-up truck also gets a 15.5-inch portrait style touchscreen system with features such as voice control, cloud based navigation and also supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
This electric pick-up truck uses dual motors. This motor generates power of 563 HP and torque of 1,050 Nm. Its battery pack generates power from 115 to 150 kWh. The most important thing is that the pick-up of this electric truck is very strong. This vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 4 seconds. This truck is available in two variants. Its standard version can travel up to 370 km in full charge. While its extended version gives a driving range of up to 483 km on full charging. Its battery is so charged in 10 minutes that this electric pick-up truck can cover a distance of up to 87 kilometers. With this, this battery charges 15 to 80 percent in just 41 minutes. The company has priced the F-150 Lightning electric pick-up truck at an initial price of $ 39,974. It is around 30 lakh rupees according to Indian currency.
